NYSPSA Annual Conference

The principal activity of the New York State Political Science Association is its annual two-day scholarly conference during the spring months. Membership in the association is open to political science students and  professionals inside and outside New York State, and a year's membership is  automatic with registration for the conference. Calls for papers for the conference are available in September. The event usually draws 200 to 250 panelists and round table participants, and features a book display and an academic job placement service. The site of the conference rotates each year between upstate and downstate university host campuses.
