Conference Hotel

The conference hotel selected for the 2010 NYSPSA Conference is the Holiday Inn -- Saratoga Springs.  The hotel is two miles from the Empire State College campus (the site for our conference panels), the Holiday Inn-Saratoga Springs is ready to provide you a memorable stay with first class amenities and decor. Seventy-five rooms (including doubles and singles) have been set aside for NYSPSA 2010 for Thursday, April 15th and Friday, April 16th.

Special Conference Room Code:

When you make the reservation, be sure to use the code: "PSA" to lock in the NYSPSA Conference rate of $106/night.  The hotel has also informed the Association that suites & luxury rooms may also be available at the following rates: Suites @ $206/night and luxury rooms @ $126/night.

Deadline:

All reservations must be made BEFORE March 15, 2010.  Reservations made after that date, if available, will be at regular Holiday Inn prices.
