There will be two conference hotels
for the upcoming NYSPSA Conference 2008:

Policies, Group Reservation Code & Rates
- Please make your reservations early
because rooms are limited
- The hotel will hold rooms at this
price until April 3, 2008, thereafter,
reservations will be taken on a space available basis only.
- The Hilton Garden Inn at the Albany
Medical Center is 100% non-smoking

Room Rates:
$139.00 for Single King Rooms; or
$139.00 for Double Queen Rooms
- Guests may individually pay and/or
split room cost of room if double occupancy, please let the hotel
reservations person know at the time of booking.
- To receive group rate please use
group code when booking reservation: Group Code: PS – 08

All reservations must be
accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed by a credit
card.
- Tax Exempt: For those paying on
own, a tax-exempt form is required and must be presented at time of
check in.
- Guaranteed reservations are held
throughout the night, and should the guest not arrive, the hotel
will retain the advance deposit or apply a “No-Show” charge, equal
to one night’s room and tax to the credit card provided to secure
the reservation. NO-SHOW, tax-exempt guests, with the exception of
those who have provided advanced documentation will be charged tax.

available to and from Airport/Train Station.

Anyone arriving prior to 4:00 pm will be
checked in as soon as possible, but should be advised there may be a
wait. For groups with meetings scheduled before check-in time or
after check-out time, we will be happy to store any luggage in a
secure area.
